Mobile Heating Units up to 2,200 kW

Our classic unit. The Mobile Heating Units from 40 to 2,200 kW are suitable for a wide variety of different applications. For example, when making alterations to the heating supply, for construction drying, supplying district heating, as process heat or as fermenter heating for biogas units. Mobile heating units are also used to generate energy for events, for example, for process hot water or as air heaters.

 

Mobile Heating Units up to 950 kW

are high-quality, high-performance Mobile Heating Units. With an output ranging from 40 to 950 kW, they deliver a reliable supply of process and hot water for days, weeks and months. It goes without saying that they have an integrated heating oil tank. Compact in an aluminium trailer – on-site and ready to use in no time at all.

 

Mobile Containerised Heating Unit up to 2,200 kW

Thanks to their robust construction, Containerised Heating Units up to 2,200 kW are particularly suitable for high outputs and long leasing periods. With performance categories from 270 to 2200 kW mounted in 5, 10 or 20-foot containers, the possibilities are endless.

 

Mobile Mini Heating Units up to 105 kW

Mini Heating Units up to 100 kW are extremely flexible solutions that meet all requirements in the small unit sector. Thanks to their compact design, they can be delivered by freight carrier to your installation site.

Mobile Air-Conditioning and Cooling Units up to 1,200 kW

Cooling, air-conditioning and ventilation. An increasingly important area. Our complete range of equipment for the supply of cooling energy meets all requirements and includes, for example, Mobile Split Units for air-conditioning in server rooms or chillers for process cooling. Complementary auxiliary equipment, such as ventilation units or mobile pump units, add the finishing touch to the range.

 

Mobile Split Air-Conditioning Units up to 7 kW

Our split-type air-conditioning units are ideal for quick and uncomplicated use. They are ready to use in no time at all and create a comfortable climate. Thanks to their compact dimensions and ease of handling, they are a great economic solution.

 

Mobile Ventilation Units up to 150 kW

Our low-noise ventilation units have been specially modified for hire and are intercompatible, so meeting the highest air-conditioning requirements. Thanks to the high air throughput and special low-temperature design, they can also be used to generate problematic storage temperatures.

 

Mobile Chillers up to 1,200 kW

The classic cooler. Chillers are the main products on the market for rented refrigeration systems. For this reason, we have invested in a wide range of products that is guaranteed to offer a solution for every application. Transport frames that have been specially developed for the rental market facilitate the movement of the equipment by crane, truck and fork lift truck.  Would you like to purchase the unit after the end of the rental period? That’s also possible.

 

Mobile Steam Units up to 16,000 kg/h

Our Mobile Steam and/or Hot Water Units are the high-end products in our range of equipment for hire. Special designs and safety features are required in order to work with the particularly high temperatures and pressure conditions. Specially trained engineers will be happy to advise you when putting your project into practice. Whether process steam for industry, production or district heating, we have the right solution for you.

 

Mobile Steam Units up to 600 kg/h

Our Mobile Instant Steam generators are unique in the leasing sector.

Thanks to their compact construction, we are able to respond to your requirements with great flexibility and offer very reasonable prices. Fully fitted with boiler, burner, supply pumps, feed water tank and water treatment unit, we are ready to meet all your requirements. The units are connected via special flexible hoses.

 

Mobile Containerised Steam Units up to 16,000 kg/h

The containerised steam systems complete the range. We offer steam and hot-water solutions up to an output of 16,000 kg/h. These can be fuelled with either oil or gas, depending on requirements. And, once again, all our systems are mobile and delivered ready to use. Our technicians perform the on-site commissioning.

 

Mobile Electric Units up to 36 kW

Although these are our smallest units, they also have a tremendous output. Ranging from 9 to 36 kW, our mobile electric heating units are available to hire or buy. Thanks to the mobile transport frame, it takes just one person to move the unit and, as no exhaust gases are emitted, it can be installed inside a building. It is connected to the system via hoses and that’s all there is to it – you’re ready to dry screed or to replace the boiler.

 

Mobile Biomass Units up to 500 kW

In addition to conventional energy sources such as gas and oil, HOTMOBIL, the specialist for innovative mobile energy, also offers mobile heating units fuelled by renewable energies. For us, assuming responsibility and so protecting the environment means taking unconventional approaches and thinking about the future. We were the first company in the sector to mobilise pellet heating and we have thus revolutionised the market. With our experienced employees, we are today able to design systems that are exactly tailored to your needs. Not only is this environmentally friendly but it is also ideal for ecological use in areas where fossil fuels cannot be used. The mobile pellet or wood chip units are mounted either in a trailer or container. Depending on the output of the unit, the stock of pellets or wood chips is stored either inside the unit or externally.

Our energy guarantee ensures complete protection. They want protection in the event of the worst-case scenario. They need an efficient but economical solution that will serve as reliable backup in the event of the unexpected failure of the energy supply system. This is why HOTMOBIL has developed the energy guarantee (EG). A single policy protects you against the consequences of the failure of your stationary units. In the event of a malfunction, we’ll provide you with your own individual emergency energy unit. And it will be delivered within a contractually agreed response time starting from 6 hours!

 

Mobile auxiliary equipment

Our range of auxiliary equipment comprises specially selected products for each individual application and can be installed with minimum effort. We offer GSM fault indicators, exhaust silencers, chimney stack extensions, shut-off valves and, on request, we’ll even organise a daily inspection of your rented unit.
